Big City Mountaineers
Big City Mountaineers provides free, fully outfitted and professionally guided outdoor adventures, from day hikes to multi‑day backcountry or canoe expeditions for youth ages 12–18 from historically underserved communities. By removing financial, logistical, and social barriers, BCM helps young people build life skills, confidence, and community, all in the outdoors.

Wright Tech CEO
The Wright Tech CEO program is a year‑long, community‑based class where high school students develop and launch their own businesses. Held on site at local companies instead of in a classroom, students receive guidance from real entrepreneurs and mentors (including myself), write full business plans, and present their ventures at a public business expo.
Back the Blue Line
Backing The Blue Line is a Minnesota‑based 501(c)(3) organization founded and run by law enforcement spouses to provide compassionate support to officers and their families. Whether responding to illness, line‑of‑duty incidents, or losses, BTBL mobilizes volunteers, funds, and resources.
